Sacrament of Reconciliation - Advent

As we journey through Advent, the Church invites us to prepare a way for the Lord by opening our hearts to His mercy. One of the most beautiful ways to do this is through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. In Confession, Christ meets us with forgiveness, healing, and peace, clearing away all that hinders our welcome of the newborn King. We warmly invite all parishioners to take part in this Sacrament during Advent, renewing their souls and restoring joy as we await the coming of Christ.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available every Saturday after 10am Mass in St. Patrick’s & St. Brigid’s Church, and a number of priests will be available to hear Confessions on Sunday 21st December 2025 from 1pm - 3pm in St. Patrick’s & St. Brigid’s Church.
